Reporting Issues

If you believe something isn’t working as expected:

  1. Review your latest API responses for structured error messages.

  2. Check the Rate Limits & Error Handling page for recovery steps.

  3. Collect the following information before contacting support:

    • Request ID (error.details.request_id)

    • Timestamp

    • Endpoint called

    • Full error JSON (if available)

Once gathered, email the information to support@fastino.ai with a short description of the issue.
